The manufacturing process of our rugs requires a considerable investment of time and expertise . The price is calculated based on quality raw materials and labor.

The rug is hand-tufted in my workshop in Paris. Each piece is unique and custom-made.

Production takes approximately 1-2 weeks.

Delivery delay

Each rug is made to order, shipping times may vary from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the model.
Delivery costs are included in the price.

Interview

Our rugs are not machine washable .

Never soak your carpet in a large quantity of water , prefer to use a damp cloth instead.

If your carpet is stained, you can clean it with a solution of soapy water or baking soda .

Blot stains immediately. Do not rub the stain.

For a long life , vacuum regularly , avoiding beating brush mode. New carpets naturally lose their pile. Do not brush.
If a thread comes loose, do not pull on the thread . Cut it with scissors.
Avoid placing the rug on damp or wet surfaces. Please note these rugs are not doormats.

Returns

As our personalized rugs are 100% custom made, it is not possible to return them.

Our rugs are custom designed, It takes approximately 1-4 weeks (depending on the number of orders) for the design.

The lifespan of a carpet

These rugs typically last 15 to 20 years if used with care, and placing them in low-traffic areas will maximize their longevity.

Please note these rugs are not doormats.

How do I properly maintain my carpet?

Vacuum regularly

Vacuum it at least once a week, or every 2 to 3 days if you have pets.

Cut the wires

If you notice threads sticking out of your carpet, don't pull them! Cut them with a pair of thread cutting scissors .

It is important to never machine wash your tufted rug. This could dissolve the glue that holds the carpet fibers together.
