How long does it take for my rug to be ready?

Our rugs are custom designed. It takes approximately 2-4 weeks (depending on the number of orders) for the design.

The lifespan of a carpet

These rugs typically last 15 to 20 years if used with care, and placing them in low-traffic areas will maximize their longevity.

Please note these rugs are not doormats.

How do I properly maintain my carpet?

Vacuum regularly

Vacuum it at least once a week, or every 2 to 3 days if you have pets.

Cut the wires

If you notice threads sticking out of your carpet, don't pull them! Cut them with a pair of thread cutting scissors .

It is important to never machine wash your tufted rug. This could dissolve the glue that holds the carpet fibers together.
